DHS announced that it is continuing its implementation of the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015, signed into law as part of the 2016 Consolidated Appropriations Act (PL 114-113), by adding Libya, Somalia, and Yemen as countries of concern, and limiting VWP travel for certain individuals who have traveled to these countries since March 1, 2011. At this time, the restriction on VWP travel will not apply to dual nationals of these three countries.
